I have been a model railroader since the 1970’s. I have had a small 4X8 foot layout and as large as a 24X40 foot layout. After selling my house in Vermont and moving to Florida I had to downsize. My layout in Florida was 4′ X 12′. Now I have moved back to Vermont and have plans to build a new layout in the basement which will be around 13′ by 27′. I enjoy creating and building layouts. Just added an extension on the layout for off-line town. The round barn seen on the home page and in the gallery is one I scratched built from a photo of the actual barn in Morrisville, Vermont. After sending my design to Carolina Craftsman Kits a kit was created and sold by Jeff Grove. Most of my buildings are either scratch built, or modified kits.
